Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the available products and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or if you would prefer a refund.

2. Shipping is Free on Orders Over $50

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.

3. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Orders placed before 12 PM ET (UTC-04) will be dispatched the same day; otherwise, they will be processed on the next business day.

Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays, when it will be closed. We take steps to ensure that shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

4. Change of Delivery Address Requests

For change of delivery address requests, we can update the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

5. Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses using USPS but are unable to offer this service via other courier services.

6. Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock item while dispatching the rest of the order.

7. Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate.

8. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow their shipment's progress with the latest updates from the shipping provider.

9. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact us for the next steps.

11. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we accept cancellations at any time before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier conducts an investigation and deems the parcel lost.
