Shipping Policy

KSESTOR (“we” and “us”) operates the website www.ksestor.com (“Website”). By placing an order through our site, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all customers.

 

1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. While we do our best to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website, occasional discrepancies may occur. If any items in your order are unavailable, we will ship the in-stock items and contact you regarding the backordered item. You may choose to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

 

2. Free Shipping on Orders Over $20

We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. for all orders totaling $20 or more (before tax and after discounts).

 

3. Processing Times

Orders placed before 12 PM EST (UTC-5) will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after that time will ship the following business day.

Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours. We are closed on national holidays but will do our best to minimize delays during those periods.

 

4. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at info@ksestor.com as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.

 

5. Shipping to Military Addresses

We proudly ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Unfortunately, courier services like UPS or FedEx cannot deliver to military addresses.

 

6. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, it will be canceled and refunded, and the rest of your order will be shipped as scheduled.

 

7. Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@ksestor.com so we can investigate and ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible.

8. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment’s progress in real-time through the carrier’s website.

 

9. Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend rejecting the delivery and notifying us immediately. If you were not present at delivery and notice damage after the fact, please email info@ksestor.com with photos and a description of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

 

10. Duties & Taxes

Sales tax will be applied at checkout where required by law. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery—these are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

11. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, please email us at info@ksestor.com. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.

 

12. Insurance & Lost/Damaged Shipments

All shipments are insured for loss and damage based on the carrier’s coverage terms.

12.1 Damaged in Transit

We will issue a refund or replacement once the carrier’s investigation is complete.

12.2 Lost in Transit

If your package is lost, we will issue a refund or replacement after the carrier has confirmed the loss through their investigation.
