Our Commitment

At Ksestor, we pride ourselves on the quality and elegance of our products. We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition and packaging, purchased directly from ksestor.com. For products bought from other vendors, returns must be processed through the vendor from whom the purchase was made.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@ksestor.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for items returned in new condition and original packaging.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased through Ksestor are non-refundable and cannot be returned. They do not expire or lose value and are excluded from promotions unless stated otherwise.
