Shipping

Do we offer international shipping? Currently, we only ship within the US. We plan to expand internationally as our brand grows.

What are the shipping costs? We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we'll notify you by email with all the details. If you haven't received this email or have any questions, please reach out to our Customer Support.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. If delivery fails, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued within 30 days according to your bank's processing time. Contact Customer Service for any further assistance.

What if my order hasn't arrived? Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If your order is delayed, please contact Customer Support for help.

When will I get my tracking number? A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received it, please contact Customer Support.

Why is my order delayed? We strive to meet delivery timelines, but occasionally, delays beyond our control may occur.

Why can't my order be delivered? Delivery issues may arise if the product is out of stock or if we don't ship to your location.

Are return shipping costs refundable? We do not refund return shipping costs.
